Non member: Purchase an 8-class punch passport for $56
This is an aerobic workout without traumatic impact to the joints. Results include increased muscular tone, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming experience required.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 10:00-11:00 am
Tuesday/Thursday: 9:15-10:15 am, 5:30-6:30 pm
Saturday – 8:00-9:00 am
This class is a challenging, water-based wokrout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and exhilarating.
Monday: 9:00-10:00 am
Deep Water Workout
A great workout with water floatation belts. If you want a higher-intensity water workout with no impact on your joints, this is what you’ve been looking for. You must be comfortable in deep water.
Tuesday, Thursday: 6:30-7:30 pm

Private Swim Lessons
Private swim lessons allow swimmers to enhance their skills by meeting individually with a swim instructor. This 30 minutes one-on-one session allows swimmers to have individualized attention to learn to swim or to improve stroke technique.
